再 scrapy 中使用代理 ip 池，之前还好，最近老是出现超时，我检验了 ip 可以正常使用，为啥在 scrapy 中超时那么严重

liyanbo OP @ilovebaicai 不是 requests 库，是 scrapy，是别人占用了隧道导致代理出现请求超时的问题，谢谢啊
