日本 IP 就行，手机号哪里的都没关系我的甚至都没绑手机号。现在好像和设备还有关系，Win 端失败率比较高，一个邪典的操作就是用 Android 下载一个 Apple Music 去注册

你有美国 IP 就行可以跳过绑支付方式。地址的话谷歌一下蒙大拿大学（免税州）地址就行。手机号可以用+86 绑定
